Sara’s experience and values stem from the best of both worlds, growing up in small town Slave Lake and big city experiences in Edmonton. Those instilled values of integrity, loyalty and maintaining great relationships hold true today when it comes to dealing in real estate. After completing Public Relations at MacEwan University, Sara obtained a position in Leduc, AB working for a developer and quickly got the itch for selling real estate. Once that project sold out, she continued her stint working for developments when accepting a job at the new and highly anticipated Century Park Residences in South Edmonton. After spending six years with the project and developer, she learned all sides to the real estate industry including marketing, advertising, client care, conveyancing, management, buying & selling properties; in short making her a condo & project expert.

After the Century Park development completed, Sara decided it’s time to start her own real estate business with trusted partner Jessie McCracken and together provide a level of service to their clients that is truly unique, the “Sara Jessie Advantage”. Sara Jessie Real Estate Services was born and they quickly became a well-known, award winning team in Edmonton. SJRES moved forward selling over 50% of the new Symphony Tower condos in pre-construction, and in addition, hold the record breaking MLS condo sale in Edmonton at $2.65M.

Actively investing in real estate herself and indulging in the hottest real estate trends is of great significance to Sara. With her 2nd home in San Francisco with Realtor husband Blake Pearson, she also capitalizes on understanding international markets and latest in real estate technologies.

Sara’s community has always been important to her. She’s been involved with and raised funds for numerous organizations such as the Edmonton Humane Society, Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation, Children’s Miracle Network, Smash Out for MS annual golf tournament and the Edmonton Grand Prix to name a few.

An agent devoted to her job 24/7, Sara relishes in the real estate business because it allows her to combine her social skills with her love and knowledge for real estate. A big believer in creating trusting relationships and getting on the best deals for her clients, she concentrates highly on making her client’s real estate dreams a reality.
